Anna Steidl, MA

Community-Based Services

I believe that compassion, empathy, mindfulness, and introspection are necessary qualities for anybody that wants to go into the psychological field. These are ideals that I practice in my own life. My goal is to help children hold on to their innocence because for some it is taken from them far to early. My lens on psychology is a holistic approach incorporating Eastern ideals through yoga, meditation, energy, and sound healing.
