Clinic-Based Therapy Services

I practice psychotherapy through an attachment theory approach. Relationships are one of the most important parts of being human. Sometimes we struggle with connection or have experienced abuse by others. I believe healing is possible for many, and with patience, presence, compassion and courage we can make significant changes in our life. When we are able to incorporate the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves we can create harmony and integration in our body. I work primarily with adults and late adolescents, families, couples and individuals. I have experience with Major Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Bi-Polar Disorder, Personality Disorders, and Schizophrenia.
