Community-Based Services

I have been interested in families since 2006 when I studied Family Social Science at the U of M. Having come from a blended family, I found family dynamics fascinating. I then spent 5 years as a birth doula and midwife apprentice, working closely with families adjusting to new babies. I was struck by how amazing, generous and resilient people are. There is a powerful connection forged between parents and their new infants and I like to foster this connection between people of all ages.
