I assist individuals to activate their own strengths in response to life's challenges. My experience includes working with individuals and families facing life transitions, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma, end of life issues, and esteem issues. My goal is to provide a collaborative, safe, non-judgmental, respectful environment meeting each person where they are at and looking at the person and situation as a whole. I use an eclectic style of therapy drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I am a EMDRIA trained EMDR provider.
