Working from a resource-focused framework, I help clients quickly put ideas into action while assessing their strengths and areas for development. I replace the repair metaphor with a lifelong learning and exploration frame, utilizing arts-based learning whenever possible. I draw on clinical experience with youths, adults and families as well as consulting with foster home providers and organizational leaders; thus I’m a clinician with organizational acumen, sensitive to workplace issues and I practice in organizational contexts functioning as a consultant and coach, while retaining clinical acumen.
