Clinic-Based Therapy Services

All of my work as a clinical therapist is based on the beliefs that people behave (act, feel, think), for reasons and are doing the best they know how given the resources they have. I also know that "no matter who you think you are, you are always more than that." My approach has developed over the past 25-plus years though study of eastern approaches (mindfulness, meditation, relaxation), and western psychology, including modern off-shoots of cognitive/behavioral and humanistic psychology (like dialectical behavioral therapy and neurolingustic psychology.) The client hires me as a change agent to help them move toward their goal.
