Brooke Riches, MA, LPCC

I believe that effective therapy begins with truly listening—not just to the words my clients share, but to the nuances, emotions, and unique perspectives that make each person’s experience distinctive. My approach is grounded in curiosity and flexibility, allowing me to adjust and tailor our work together based on what you’re specifically looking for and what will be most helpful for your journey.

One of my core strengths is my attention to detail and memory for the important moments and insights that emerge in our sessions. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we team up to deliver the best possible outcomes for you. This partnership approach helps me build genuine rapport with my clients while gathering the information needed to inform and enhance our therapeutic work.

Working with me, you can expect to learn a great deal about yourself and develop practical skills and tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. I understand that sometimes people need a safe, non-judgmental space simply to process what’s happening in their lives. Other times, you might be seeking clarity about your next steps or direction. Whatever brings you to therapy, I’m here to provide that supportive space where you can explore, grow, and find your path forward. My goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

Telehealth Services

To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
