I bring a relational, down-to-earth approach to therapy—guided by humor, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Before becoming a mental health provider, I worked in a different field, and that broader life experience shapes how I show up for my clients: with curiosity, openness, and a commitment to seeing the whole person.
I believe that the most sacred thing we can offer one another is to be fully present in moments of pain, and my goal is always for clients to feel truly heard and understood. I see this work as a collaborative process—my clients are the experts in their own lives, and I’m here to walk alongside them as we explore what healing and growth might look like.
As a queer person, I bring both personal and professional insight to my work with LGBTQIA+ clients, and I strive to create a space where all identities and emotions are welcome. Whatever you’re navigating, your feelings are valid—and together, we can find tools and strategies to help carry you through the hard stuff.
Telehealth Services
To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
