As a therapist, I believe that each person is truly unique—with their own set of strengths, challenges, and worldview. My approach is grounded in Individual Psychology, which emphasizes the importance of seeing and understanding each client as an individual. No two people are the same, and I tailor therapy to honor that individuality.
I take a strength-based perspective in my work, helping clients recognize and build on what’s already strong within them. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we focus not just on problems, but on potential. My goal is to empower clients to take an active role in their own growth by building confidence in their decision-making and personal agency.
I also believe strongly in the connection between mental and physical health. When relevant, I explore how these two aspects of well-being interact and support overall healing.
Above all, I aim to create a space where we can connect as people. Through empathy, respect, and trust, we’ll work together to find meaningful and sustainable solutions that support your goals and your growth.
Telehealth Services
To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
