Community-Based Therapy Services
I am a mental health practitioner working towards licensure and currently providing mental health services for people of all ages. My previous work experience includes several years with Minnesota public school districts as a preschool and Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) teacher. On my journey with families and our world’s youngest learners, I discovered that all people of varying ages and stages encounter thought patterns that impact their daily functioning. It is my passion to support each individual on their healing journey.
Life is challenging and mental health matters. I love to come alongside people and join them in their daily joys and challenges. My work is grounded in a strong relationship with each of my clients. I strive to understand each person’s unique strengths, interests, and support network to create a plan for their personal wellness journey. My personal interests in art, music, and movement help me to create activities for clients that are healing and provide opportunities for enjoyable reflection.
Telehealth Services
To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
