Sarah Silver, MSN, CNP, PMHNP-BC

I believe every client has a unique and important story. I enjoy partnering with clients to decide the best treatment options for them, exploring underlying reasons for symptoms, and using medications when appropriate to improve your overall quality of life. I have worked in a variety of settings with people from diverse backgrounds. Also, before working in mental health for ten years, my earlier career was in business where I worked as a CPA. I feel privileged to work with clients from many backgrounds including children, and those with severe and persistent mental illness. I have a special interest in trauma and addiction, and I am passionate about supporting you through your recovery journey to discover improved resilience and well-being.

My ultimate goal is to create a safe, warm, trusting environment that relies on a shared decision-making model of care, respecting each client’s unique values, experiences, strengths, and needs. I would be honored to be part of your journey.

Telehealth Services

To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
