Clinic-Based Therapy Services

In my practice of therapy, I focus first and foremost on the development of an open, supportive, and collaborative relationship with clients. As a marriage and family therapist, I take a systemic approach to both looking at and resolving problems- that is, we look at all aspects of life and relationships to improve symptoms and life satisfaction. Drawing on my background in marriage and family therapy, I use systemic and narrative approaches to engage in collaborative work with clients. We work together in a non-judgmental stance to reduce suffering, gain insight, and develop practical approaches to make positive change. I treat a variety of issues regarding family conflict, relationships, and marriage, as well as other issues ranging from depression and anxiety to trauma, life transitions, and more. I am an LGBTQIA+ friendly provider. If you’re ready to start your journey, I’m here to help. Together we can work on the issues that matter to you and build a happier and healthier life.

Telehealth Services

To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
