Clinic-Based Therapy Services

I have been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families since graduating in 2020. I greatly enjoy this work and helping people process what brings them to therapy and learn skills to manage the mental health symptoms. I begin every working relationship from a place of understanding, nonjudgement and empathy. I believe everyone’s experience and struggles are as unique as they are and deserve their own goals and treatment plan.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Strategies in my work in helping people reach their personal goals related to anxiety and depression. For younger children I frequently utilize the Coping Cat workbook. Teaching and practicing coping skills, mindfulness, and self care for both children and adults is important in managing their mental health symptoms as well.

In my personal life I enjoy taking my dog for walks, reading, playing flute in a community band, and walking all of the different trails in the area.

Telehealth Services

To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
