Community-Based Therapy Services

As a clinician, my strengths lie in deep empathy, effective communication, and specialized knowledge in mental health. I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel understood, especially those dealing with trauma, grief, or emotional distress. My adaptability and patience allow me to tailor my approach to each individual, whether they’re in crisis or managing long-term conditions. I focus on helping clients articulate complex emotions, process difficult experiences, and develop practical coping strategies, ultimately guiding them toward healing and personal growth.

What sets me apart is a combination of my personal experiences, authenticity, and commitment to continuous growth. This enables me to connect deeply with clients, offering compassion and insight that fosters a safe, healing space. I work with clients facing various challenges, such as trauma, addiction, and emotional distress, using evidence-based therapies and personalized approaches. Clients can expect to gain self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies, leading to a more empowered and fulfilling life.

Telehealth Services

To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
