My strengths lie in patience, deep listening, and creating a compassionate space where older adults feel respected, valued, and understood. I recognize that aging can come with major transitions—grief, caregiving, isolation, health changes—and I approach each client with empathy and cultural sensitivity. My ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with older adults allows me to support clients through life’s later chapters, helping them process loss, navigate identity shifts, and find meaning and connection in their current season of life.
What makes me unique is my ability to connect with others in a way that honors their lived experiences, resilience, and dignity. I bring a calm, grounded presence into the room and take time to truly understand each person’s story—not just their symptoms. My approach blends clinical skill with cultural awareness and genuine curiosity, allowing me to support clients in a way that feels both respectful and deeply human. I don’t rush the process; I walk with my clients at their pace, creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and mutual respect.
Clients can expect to feel supported, respected, and challenged in meaningful ways. I help people build insight, regain control over their lives, and make empowered choices that align with their values. Whether we’re unpacking the weight of trauma, navigating a major life shift, or working through grief , I walk alongside clients as they find clarity, healing, and resilience.
Telehealth Services
To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
