In geriatric work, I find each patient I meet to have survived a remarkable journey of their very own. Aging takes tenacity and courage. My appreciation for a patient’s entire lifespan impacts how they and their families are seen, heard, and attended to in my care.
Patients and their families can expect to be treated professionally and respectfully. You, your loved ones, and caregivers can expect to have a clearer picture of your current strengths and struggles after our assessment. You can anticipate having new strategies to address recent concerns and persistent problems from our meeting together.
I was lucky to have the influence of three grandparents on my development. I have deep respect for the strength it takes to adjust to the changes that are a part of life development in aging. I am genuinely curious about the lives that people live and I tend to find humor healing in some of life and death’s most difficult moments. I will make every effort to meet you with responsive, inclusive, and sensitive care.
Telehealth Services
To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
