I believe that every client is the expert in their own life, and I am committed to meeting each person where they are at in life. I recognize that everyone’s experiences are unique, and I strive to honor that individuality in our work together. In sessions, I create space for open processing while also using direct communication, offering challenges when helpful, and asking for clarification to deepen our conversations.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and families across outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care. My therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to meet each client’s needs in the moment, always grounded in the strong relationships and trust we build over time. I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities into my work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based techniques, and client-centered approaches.
Connection and collaboration are at the core of my practice. I deeply value the ability to adapt to what each client needs, and I feel honored to witness the growth and progress that can happen through therapy. Together, we will process stressors, develop skills to support daily functioning, and identify meaningful opportunities for change and personal growth.
