Lillian Ballintine, BA

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression—those who have tried various interventions but still haven’t found relief. My approach is deeply person-centered and strengths-based, grounded in persistence, compassion, and hope.

I am committed to staying current with the latest research in medical neuroscience and psychopharmacology to better understand the biological and physiological impacts of mental illness. This allows me to take a whole-body approach to healing, where physical and emotional symptoms are given equal attention and care.

In our work together, my goal is to help you better understand your mind-body connection, release shame or guilt surrounding your experiences, and leave each session feeling empowered, supported, and never alone.
