As a clinician, I tend to focus on the person in the environment and strengths-based approach. My clients can anticipate an empathetic and welcoming atmosphere. Clients are encouraged to lead their sessions which allows them to build rapport with me and encourages clients to openly share. Through a strengths-based approach, my clients can facilitate desired changes in both their moods and behaviors. Client empowerment to shape their outcome is imperative in my practice. As a therapist, it is my goal to assist and guide clients to the interventions they determine work best for them.
I have worked in geriatrics for the last twenty years with eleven of those being with our Veteran population. Thank you to all who have or are serving. Not only have I enjoyed my time working with the geriatric population, but I am thankful for all I have learned and continue to learn each day.
I am greatly interested in eco-therapy and excited to see what the future brings.

Telehealth Services

To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment.
