I believe that no person is beyond help, even with the most challenging clinical problems. By examining your thoughts and beliefs and their effects on behavior and emotions, we can work towards relieving distress from your symptoms as well as building healthier and more helpful means for coping in the future.

I am a licensed psychologist and received my Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota’s Clinical Science and Psychopathology Research Program. I have a history of working with severe and persistent mental illnesses, including psychotic and severe mood disorders, but am well-versed in treatment of a variety of mental health problems. I am confident that working together, we can find a way help you to feel better.

Telehealth Services

To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment.
