Taking the step to pursue therapy can be overwhelming and intimidating. My goal is to create a supportive, comfortable, validating environment with clients that I work with. My strengths include working with children, teens, individuals, and families with cultural and socioeconomic diverse backgrounds. My understanding and care add to positive outcomes when working with topics such as anxiety, depression, divorce, eating disorders, family conflict, gender identity struggles, navigating life transitions, relationship issues, parenting struggles, trauma processing, and integrating coping skills into daily life. I believe my role as a therapist is to support individuals through processing how past events, personal characteristics, and relational dynamics bring insight into current life challenges. I offer a holistic approach that helps guide clients to learn how to cope and adapt through varying life circumstances. My goal is to support clients to live life to the fullest and navigate whatever life has to offer.
