Amy graduated from Boise State University with her Masters Degree in Social Work and holds an LGSW through the State of Minnesota. She provides school-based mental health services for high school students in Minnesota.

Amy's approach is strengths-based and collaborative. She believes therapy is a safe place to grow, learn, and achieve shared goals using an eclectic mix of modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. Amy believes we all hold within us the power to become a better version of ourselves and create the life we want, no matter what our past entails.
