Caroline Schultz, MSW, LICSW

Geriatric Services

I view clients in geriatric settings from a systems and comprehensive approach. I work as a team member of the facility, work with family members, and gather information to support the resident both individually and in the facility setting. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, problem solving, and mindfulness as my therapeutic approaches. I have worked as a school social worker and in clinical private practice with clients from a diversity of backgrounds including race, religion, and sexual preference. I use compassion and support client directed goals as a center point of my practice.
