I am a goal-directed, solution-focused, results-oriented psychotherapist with a brief-time-limited emphasis. I have thirty years experience working in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric work, chemical dependency outpatient rehabilitation and outpatient mental health.
Much of my career has been devoted to the work of mandated domestic/anger issues (this is not domestic prevention) in terms of understanding, controlling, and managing the emotion of anger. In that context, I devote a considerable amount of my time to working with men in a variety of relationships. However, I also work with women and relationship/anger issues. I have worked with many couples over the years of my practice and I find the work very enjoyable.
In addition, I see many clients with a variety of issues, including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, and stress-related adjustment reaction.
