Clinic-Based Therapy Services

It takes great courage to seek out help through life’s challenges and changes. As a therapist, I provide validation, hope, insight and growth to the individuals that I work with. I work collaboratively with clients from a place of non-judgement and encouragement, holding a safe space to be authentic and show up as you are. I believe in developing a trusting relationship that allows for growth, reflection, and change.
I utilize a person-centered approach to therapy, along with different therapeutic interventions based on the client’s needs and goals. I have experience and enjoy working with individuals experiencing eating disorders, body image concerns, low self-esteem, life transitions, anxiety, relational challenges, emotion regulation, and school-related challenges. I enjoy working with children ages 10+, adolescents, and young adults.

Telehealth Services

To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment. Please call our office to learn more about ACP’s telehealth services and to schedule an appointment.
