I have been told that I am a good listener, kind, nonjudgmental, easy to talk to, and that I have a calming presence. I always believe the best in others and encourage clients to be a participant in their therapy care. I believe that every person deserves to realize their own authenticity and/or self-identity as a person. I think our external environments (work, school, family, community, and social relationships) can impact how a person self-identifies. I believe it is very natural and normal to be influenced by our environments. However, there are life situations that can impact, interrupt, or delay our journey to self-identity. I have a motto in my office: “Come as you are.” I believe from there, we can together get you back on your path to self-identity. I believe I can help create a foundation of self-curiosity, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. I think creating a foundation can lead to progress in people’s perspectives about self, work, school, family, friends, and other significant relationships. I am an animal lover and have two cats at home, Jeanie and Steele. I enjoy being outdoors and observing nature. I like music, movies, history, and building welcoming, supportive, and safe communities.

Telehealth Services

To expand and improve our care options for clients, ACP offers Telehealth (phone or video) appointments. Telehealth uses phone or video conferencing to connect you with highly qualified and experienced providers in real-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office. Before your telehealth appointment, you will receive details for how you will connect with your provider. If you will be connecting via phone, the provider will plan to call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please be ready to take the call and also check that your phone allows calls from blocked numbers (accessible within your phone settings). If you will be connecting via video conference, your provider will email you an invite to join the appointment.
